Our Primary Framing is made of solid I Beam and frames are single
bead, continuous submerged arc welded using automatic welding
machines to help insure quality control. A factory primer coating is
then applied to frames during the erection process. The material
used is 50 ksi yield strength. This allows for a smaller web in
beams and columns to be used and provides for a space saving design
for our customers.
Our secondary framing of Girts and Purlins are 6.5” and 9” to meet
design requirements.
These are constructed in a cold rolled Z-section, 13 to 16 gauge
ASTM A-570, 55 ksi yield material is used to provide maximum
strength.
Sheeting is formed out of 80 ksi yield material as a standard which
is much more resilient to hail and other impacts. It comes in a
large variety of colors and styles. There are many types of siding
